Ingredients (makes 2 popsicles)
Dark or raw chocolate and chopped nuts to decorate. Alternatively you could use any other nut (almond, cashew, pistachio), chopped seeds (pumpkin, hemp), cacao nibs or chopped goji berries.
Peel the banana and chop in half. Push an ice-lolly stick into the centre of each half and freeze for about 2 hours on non-stick parchment paper. Once frozen, melt the chocolate, dip each popsicle in the chocolate and cover with your topping of choice. Place the popsicles back in the freezer for a further 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set properly and enjoy!
