1x 400g can of chickpeas
1garlic clove, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt
2-3 tbsp quality extra virgin olive oil
Freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste (usually around 1-2 tbsp)
Paprika to garnish (optional)
Drain the chickpeas and rinse in cold water before putting into the food processor. Add the tahini, garlic, salt and lemon juice. Blitz in the food processor and slowly add the olive oil while the machine is running. When the mixture is fully combined and smooth, transfer it into a serving dish. Sprinkle with paprika if using and serve with crudités (carrot, cucumber, etc).
